WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision at King's College (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon.
Leona Macrina made 11 saves in net over 90 minutes.
Chloe Britton and
Caitlin Llewellyn each had a shot on net in the game.
King's scored one goal in the first half for a 1-0 lead at the break. The Lady Monarchs netted a second goal in the 61
st minute and a third in the 83
rd minute. King's sealed the game with a goal with 13 seconds remaining on the clock.
Neumann (0-2) will open its home schedule on Wednesday when it hosts Penn State Berks. Action is slated to get underway at 4:00 PM.
