ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Women's Soccer team were handed a 1-0 loss at the hands of Atlantic East Conference foe Cabrini University on Wednesday night.
 
The Knights and the Cavaliers had equal possession throughout the first half as each team had four shots Cabrini picked up the lone goal of the match with 18 seconds left in the first half of play after a scrum in front of the net.
 
To start the second half, Neumann held the pace of play and finished with six shots in the second half. Unfortunately, the Knights could not get the ball across the goal line.
 
Catherine Miller had three shots, two on goal for the Knights. Ebony Arvelo put four shots towards the net, one on target. Sarah Andreano had two saves in the effort.
 
Neumann (5-5-2, 1-1-1 Atlantic East) will be back in action next Wednesday in another conference match up at Immaculata. The game is scheduled for a 6:00 PM start.
