ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University Field Hockey team dropped a 2-0 decision at the hands of Cedar Crest College in non-conference action Saturday morning.
 
The Knights were on the attack in the first quarter out shooting Cedar Crest 5-1. The first goal from the falcons came in the 18^th minute from a rebound off of an Emma Schneider save. Neumann had four penalty corners to capitalize on in the second quarter but could not finish it off. The second goal came in the 23^rd minute to extend Cedar Crest' lead 2-0.
 
Cadence Conti, Jacki Connolly, and Natalie Zoffer led the Knights with two shots on goal from each of them. Schneider had three saves in this contest.
 
Neumann (5-12, 2-3 Atlantic East) will take on a conference game against Marywood University on Wednesday afternoon. This game is slated for 4:00 PM.
