ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Men's Soccer team suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of Penn State Abington in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Knights got off to a rousing start when in the fourth minute, 
Jake Kuzmick headed home his fourth goal of the season for an early 1-0 lead. Off a free kick, the Nittany Lions headed home the equalizing goal in the 28
th minute. Although Neumann controlled much of the game, it was Penn State Abington who took the lead after a corner kick was headed into the goal in the 60th minute.
 
Jon Zubert led the way for the Knights with four shots, one on goal. 
Eddie Proud had three shots with one on goal and Kuzmick had two shots with one on goal.
 
Neumann(2-4-1) will return to action on Wednesday when they open Atlantic East Conference play against Centenary. The kick-off will be at 4:00 PM.
