ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Women's Soccer team took on Stevenson University in a non-conference match on Wednesday afternoon and 90 minutes could not produce a goal.
 
Both teams had strong runs of play and opportunity throughout the match, but it was very evenly distributed. Neumann's best opportunity of the game came midway through the second half when Maggie Miller fired an outside shot that ended up skimming the top of the crossbar.
 
Morghan Stiles led the way offensively with four shots, two on goal. Julianna Hatt took three shots and was a strong midfield presence. Sarah Andreano made her season debut and made eight saves to preserve the clean sheet.
 
Neumann (4-6-1) will be back on the pitch on Saturday afternoon when they host Saint Vincent College in the final non-conference game of the season. It is scheduled for a 1:00 PM start.
