ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University men's basketball team suffered its first loss of the season, 76-58, at Muhlenberg on Saturday afternoon.
 
Mike Smith, III led the Knights with 10 points. Bryan Etienne and Gary Francis each netted eight.
 
The first half featured four lead changes and 10 tied scores. Tied at 29 with 1:31 in the half, the Mules scored the final five points for a 34-29 lead at the half.
 
Muhlenberg held the pace of the game in the second half and built its lead up to as many as 22, 76-54. The Mules took the game 76-58.
 
Neumann (3-1) heads to Valley Forge on Tuesday evening. Tip-off is slated for 7:00 PM.
