ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's basketball team led from the start and defeated Penn State Lehigh Valley 76-52 on Saturday afternoon.
 
Kian Nixon led four Knights with double figures with 19 points. Nigel Burch tallied 13 points while Bryan Etienne and Gary Francis each netted 11. Jarell Keel grabbed nine rebounds.
 
A three-pointer by Burch opened the scoring and the Knights never looked back. A dunk by Etienne put Neumann up by double-digits, 16-6, seven minutes into the game. The Knights took a 35-26 lead into halftime.
 
The Nittany Lions scored the first basket of the second half before the Knights went on a 13-0 run for a 48-28 lead. Neumann continued to build its lead throughout the second half as all 15 players dressed for the game saw time on the court.
 
Neumann (6-3) will host Eastern on Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 PM.
