ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Men's Lacrosse team took down the Rosemont College Ravens in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon by a final score of 21-3.

Emmett Wexler got the game started for Neumann just 1:53 in, for an early lead. That was the first of eight in a row. Wexler grabbed another at the 11:21 mark followed by a Brendan Boschi shot 1:30 later. Luke Sykes got on the board 39 seconds later and the rout was on. Renzo Garone, Connor Hurley, Boschi, and Wexler would extend the lead to eight before Rosemont got their first of the game with four seconds left in the quarter.

The second featured more of the same as Hurley struck 1:26 in. Sykes would be followed by a man-up goal by Matt Morris, making it a double digit advantage. Boschi and Carter Vanderhoofven would score 37 seconds apart, followed by a Hurley man-up goal. The Raven would again score the last goal of a quarter, sending the game into the midway break with the Knights leading 14-2.

Garone picked up the first goal of the third quarter, with 13:21 left in the period, and Sykes would follow two minutes later. Garone earned Neumann's third man-up goal of the game but Rosemont responded with one of their own. Sykes closed out the quarter with another goal, extending the lead to 15. With both teams going deeper into their bench in the fourth, only three goals were scored, all by the Knights, as Boschi notched two more and Jordan Frenzen scored a man-up goal to close the game.

Boschi lead the attack with a total of 10 points on five goals and five assists. Sykes picked up a hat-trick plus one and Garone scored three with five assists. Hurley grabbed his own hat-trick with three assists with Wexler getting the Knights' fifth hatty and an assist.
