ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Neumann University men's lacrosse team dropped a 15-6 decision at Lebanon Valley College on Saturday afternoon.
Brendan Boschi led the Knights with three goals.
Renzo Garone tallied a goal and two assists.
Jake Methlie and
Javon Felix each won seven face-offs.
Owen Avelar made 14 saves in net.
The Flying Dutchmen came out and scored the first three goals of the game to take control. Boschi put the Knights on the board with 2:04 left in the first. Lebanon Valley held a 4-1 lead after the first quarter. LVC netted five more in the second quarter to Neumann's one for a 9-2 advantage at the half.
Each team scored a pair of goals in the third quarter. The Flying Dutchmen added four goals in the fourth while the Knights netted two for the 15-6 final.
Neumann (4-3) heads to Misericordia on Tuesday beginning at 7:00 PM before returning home for four straight games.
