ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Women's Tennis team was dealt a 5-4 loss at the hands of non-conference rivals Stockton University on Tuesday afternoon.
The day started off with Stockton taking the doubles matches, 2-1. In second singles,
Dari Troilo batted in the first set, falling 6-4, before dropping the second, 6-0.
Alura Troilo fought hard in third singles as she fell in two sets, both by 6-2 scores.
Rachel Frederick, in fourth singles, dropped the first set 6-4 before picking up the victory.
Neumann (4-2) will return to the court on Wednesday when they host Bryn Athyn College starting at 4:00 PM.
