CHESTER, Pa. – The Neumann University Men's and Women's Track and Field teams took the short trek to Widener University to test their mettle in the 2025 Paul Donahue Invitational
Jodi Johnson picked up two personal best times for the Knights as he ran the 800 in 1:56.31, and the 1500 in 4:12.61.
Bryan Castro also had personal bests in those events with times of 2:06.58 and 4:21.99, respectively.
Wyatt Boyer had Neumann's best times in the 100, 200, and 400-meter races. He earned times of 11.52, 23.14, and 51.11 seconds, respectively.
Hakeem Hall ran the 100 in 11.99 seconds, and the 200 in 24.11 seconds. Hall also competed in the long jump and went for a distance of 5.69 meters. Rounding out the day,
Christian Johnson threw the javelin for the first time as a collegian and went for 27.50 meters.
On the women's side,
Katie Baier earned a personal best time in the 1500, finishing in 5:59.08. She also ran the 800-meter in 2:50.39. The Knights were well-represented in the 100 and 200 with four runners in each race.
Aniyah Holmes was the quickest with times of 13.04 and 26.72.
Gianna Manley-Perez followed with times of 14.51 and 29.85.
Neshaya Overton finished in 15.36 and 31.73 seconds, while
Quinaya Barker had times of 16.04 and 32.79.
In the field events, Manley-Perez also competed in the long jump and leaped 4.56 meters.
Alli Siravo competed in the hammer throw and turned in a distance of 29.70 meters.
Kyleigh Joniec's 29.20 meter toss in the javelin closed out the competition for the Knights.
Neumann will return to the track on Thursday and Friday as they'll compete at the Penn Relays at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
