"While we will miss him more than words can express, we are truly happy for Dave and his family as they begin this exciting new chapter. We cannot thank Dave enough for the passion, dedication, and heart he poured into our department and our university every single day. His leadership, loyalty, and commitment helped shape who we are, and his influence will continue to be felt long after his time here. Dave will always be part of the Neumann family, and we wish him and his family nothing but success, happiness, and continued blessings in the journey ahead".
