ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Women's Flag Football team dropped both games of Saturday evening's senior day tri-match as they fell to Marymount University, 60-0, before being stopped by a 13-12 decision against Centenary University.

The halftime interval did little to slow the Saints as they put up two more touchdowns in the third and three in the third to clinch the game.
The Knights' second game of the day was a defensive clash from the start. Neither team gained much traction and it looked like the game would be scoreless going into halftime. With less than a minute to play,
Kayla Maisch connected to
Nilah Nahim for a 44-yard touchdown, giving Neumann a 6-0 lead.
In the third, Maisch scampered into the end zone from 17 yards out to extend the lead to 12 with 8:29 to go in the quarter. From there the offense stalled for Neumann. With 22 seconds left, Centenary got on the board with a one yard run. Early in the fourth, the Cyclones would hit on a one yard passing touchdown to tie the game. They took the lead when the one point conversion was made. The Knights had one final chance to take the game, but with 16 seconds left, a pass into the end from 16 yards away would fall incomplete.
