Joniec & John Compete at AARTFC Outdoor Championships

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Conference held their 2026 Outdoor championships this week, featuring the best Division III talent from the Metro, Mideast, Mid-Atlantic and Niagara Regions.

Kyleigh Joniec competed in the Javelin Throw on Wednesday, and it was her first throw of 27.17 meters that was her best of the day. Later in the day, Ethan John raced in the 100-meter prelims. His time of 10.99 seconds was his best time of the season, improving his mark by more than half of a second from the beginning of the year, and is the fastest 100-meter race even run by a Neumann Knight. He broke the previous record of 11.1 seconds held by Terry Francis at the 2017 CSAC Championships.

In Thursday's 200-meter race, John smashed another Neumann program record as he finished with a time of 21.95. Again, it was Terry Francis' record of 22.01 seconds from the 2017 CSAC Championships that was eclipsed.

Neumann will now wait to see if their results qualify them for a spot in the NCAA National Championships in La Crosse, Wisc on May 21st-24th.
