WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Members of the Neumann University Men's and Women's Track & Field teams looked to improve their late season results at West Chester University's Last Chance Meet on Friday afternoon.
Kayleigh Joniec finished third in the Javelin Throw. Improving on each try, she started with a throw of 25.46 meters and finishing with a final throw of 30.19 meters.
Alli Siravo's best throw of the hammer was her first as she powered a toss of 31.45 meters. Finally,
Ethan John raced in the 200-meter distance and finished in a time of 22.15 seconds.
Neumann's athletes will now wait and see if their results will qualify them for a spot in the AARTFC Regionals on Wednesday and Thursday, held at Ursinus College in Collegeville.
