GREENWOOD, Ind. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced their "At-Large" selections for the Men's and Women's Academic All-District team on Tuesday, and 12 Knights were among the recognized.
Kaden Adams of the Men's Lacrosse team had a strong junior season, playing in 14 games and starting 10. He scored eight goals and had four assists for 12 points. He also scooped up 28 ground balls and caused six turnovers.
Chloe Ballew of the Women's Hockey team scored four goals and had three assists for seven points in 25 games played. Two of her goals were game-winners and she helped defensively with six blocked shots. She was also a member of the Women's Flag Football team.
Sonny DiNubile of the Men's Hockey team was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) All-Conference Second team as a defenseman. In 27 games played he had two goals and 14 assists for 16 points while blocking 13 shots.
Gabriella Cappelli of the Field Hockey team earned her second Atlantic East All-Conference selection, being named to the First team after 2024's Second team selection. She was also a two-time conference Player of the Week. In 18 games, all starts, she scored eight goals with four assists for 20 points. Goals against Arcadia, Eastern, and Gwynedd Mercy were game-winners, placing her tied for fourth in program history.
Trey Edmonds earns his second CSC Academic All-District award to go with his on-court success. He is a two-time United East Conference First team member and was named the Offensive Player of the Week on March 2
nd. In 19 matches, he had 223 kills, 21 service aces, 132 digs, all team-highs. He is the program record holder in a number of categories including Career kills and service aces.
Caley Gee of the Field Hockey team and earned two Atlantic East Defensive Player of the Week awards on her way to an All-Conference First team selection. She had a 1.92 goals against average, which was the best in the conference. Logging over 1,000 minutes in 18 games, she made 67 saves on her way to a Neumann program record 11 wins.
Kyle Havrilla played exclusively as a defender for the Men's Lacrosse team. In 13 games off of the bench, he had six ground balls and caused three turnovers.
Krista Geibler of the Women's Lacrosse team was named to the Atlantic East Conference Second Team for the second straight season, earning a weekly Honor Roll slot on March 16
th. In 17 games, all starts, she put up 30 goals and 11 assists for 41 points. The senior added 39 ground balls, 33 caused turnovers, and 16 draw controls. This is her second CSC Academic All-District selection.
Tyler Kennedy of the Men's Hockey team is now a two-time CSC Academic All-District selection. This season, in 27 games, put up eight assists from the blue line. The senior added 19 blocked shots.
Alyssa Papasodero of Women's Hockey finishes her collegiate career with her second CSC Academic All-District award. In all, she has taken home eight academic awards throughout her time as a Knight. This season, she scored one goal in her 25 games while blocking 19 shots.
Dustin Patterson from the Men's Hockey team scored four goals in 26 games with eight assists for 12 points. Two of those goals were game-winners and one was on the power play. Defensively, the sophomore contributed eight blocked shots.
Kenna Sanders from the Women's Lacrosse team was named to the Atlantic East Conference Second team and was the conference's Elite Scholar Award winner. She appeared in 17 games and made 10 starts with four goals and an assist for five points. The middie added 24 ground balls, 22 caused turnovers, and three draw controls.
