Returning for his third season for the Knights, Justin Baxter will continue to be an integral part of the program while assisting Coach Stanziano

Spending six years at Pennsbury High School, his high school alma mater, under recently retired Frank Sciolla Coach Baxter assisted Sciolla  and the program to unmatched success in his tenure to five Suburban One League Championships, four state playoff berths, a state final four appearance and an overall record of 138-37.

Baxter was able to help instill right away his prior success at Pennsbury with the Neumann program in many ways through individual instruction, practice and game planning, scouting, along with daily operations of the program.  His daily contributions on the floor where also coupled with his efforts being the program Recruiting Coordinator being the point person for the current class of 2015. 

Baxter is also a tireless worker in the summer working closely with the Hoop Group organization as not only a counselor but assisting with evaluation of campers and assisting with the AAU and High School team tournaments.   He also assisted Rider University and Pennsbury camps during the recent summer of 2010.

Baxter was a four-year starter at Arcadia University (Beaver College) where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Currently, he teaches at St. Dominic’s School in Philadelphia and Our lady of Victory Regional School in Norristown.
