Kiriam Yordan enters his first year as Men's Volleyball coach in 2026. He comes to Neumann from Girard College, an independent college prep school in Philadelphia, where he was the head coach for both the boy's and girls' volleyball teams. Before that, he was the girls' volleyball coach at the Perkiomen School in Pennsburg, PA, where he was also an English teacher. Simultaneously, he served as an assistant coach for Eastern University's men's squad for the 2023-2024 academic year.
When reflecting on his experience, Yordan noted, "Strong programs are defined by three characteristics: a well-defined culture, strong emphasis on player development, and investment on athletes. That is what I bring to Neumann Men's Volleyball. At the Perkiomen School, where my coaching journey began, I had the opportunity to develop and hand off a strong, competitive program built on the foundation of a unified team identity rooted in mutual responsibility, open communication, discipline, and community pride. This approach to program development resulted in two league championship appearances (winning one), and two PAISAA tournament appearances."
A native of Puerto Rico, he is a graduate of Hazleton Area High School in 2016 and Eastern University in 2020. With the Eagles, he was named captain in his senior season. Yordan coached at East Coast Power Volleyball club in King of Prussia two years ago, where he oversaw two national-level teams. Currently, he coaches at Vanguard Elite Volleyball Academy, where he oversees the development of Middle Hitters and Opposite Hitters, and serves as Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator.
