Helen Dickerson enters her sixth season as Assistant Coach of the Neumann University women’s ice hockey program in 2026–27, bringing a strong background in collegiate athletics, goaltending, and player development.
A former goaltender for the Knights from 2016–2020, Dickerson remains one of the most accomplished netminders in program history. She holds multiple Neumann records, including career saves (2,410), career shutouts (10), and career save percentage (.927). Her experience as a collegiate student-athlete provides valuable insight and mentorship to the Knights’ goaltenders and student-athletes.
Prior to joining the coaching staff, Dickerson worked as a catastrophe analyst for Chubb Insurance, bringing additional experience in leadership, problem-solving, and analytical decision-making. As an assistant coach, she focuses on developing student-athletes while contributing to a competitive, team-first culture.
A graduate of Neumann University, Dickerson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. She currently resides in Delaware County with her husband, Marcus, and their daughter, Amelia.
