Waheem Lowman, of the men's basketball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week.
Lowman, who was also named the Atlantic East Player of the Week, led the Knights in the opening weekend as he averaged 16.7 points over the three games. He was named to the All-Tournament team at the Penn State Harrisburg Tip-Off Tournament. He put up 17 points against Kean and Lebanon Valley, while adding 16 against Penn State Harrisburg. He shot 7-for-16 from beyond the arc, and 19-for-34 from the floor, good enough for a .559 shooting percentage. He added 12 rebounds, six assists and three steals across the three games.
