“I am very pleased that we were able to get off to a quick start with the two early goals,” said head coach Kevin Sloan. “It was a great team effort to continue attacking the ball after getting the early lead. Many guys were able to get playing time to help get the team back to .500 in conference play.”

The Knights improve to 4-9-1 overall, 2-2 in the conference. The Defenders fall to 2-13 overall and 0-6 in the CSAC.

Neumann will travel to Gwynedd-Mercy on Wednesday for a CSAC game against the Griffins. The game is set to start at 3:30 p.m.
