LA PLUME, Pa. – The Neumann University women's tennis team defeated Keystone University, 7-2, Saturday afternoon in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) match.

The Knights opened strong and swept all three doubles matches. Ali DeTolla and Maria Evans won first doubles, 8-6. Michelle Steward and Jasper Thomson took second doubles, 8-1. At third doubles, Kayla Chamberlain and Allison Trout won 8-5. 

In doubles action, Neumann took four points. Thomson won second singles, 6-1, 6-2. Lindsey Ravior took fourth singles, 6-0, 6-0. Steward won fifth singles, 6-0, 6-2, while Gabrielle Porcelli was victorious at sixth singles, 6-0, 6-1.

Keystone won first and third singles, however, the Knights both fell in three sets. 

Neumann improves to 9-3 overall and 6-1 in the conference. The Knights will host Rosemont in a CSAC match on Tuesday beginning at 3:30 p.m.
