FT. PIERCE, Fla. – The Neumann University baseball team picked up its first win of the 2010 season with a 8-6 win over Alvernia University Tuesday afternoon.

Mathieu Vallieres and Gary Mitchell both hit homeruns to lead Neumann over Alvernia. Sean Quigley picked up the win in relief and Erik Klimoff pitched his first collegiate save, going 1.1 innings. 

The Knights will face Thiel College tomorrow as their spring break trip continues.
