ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team defeated Notre Dame of Maryland University 83-29 on Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Neumann held control of the game from the beginning, scoring the game's first seven points. Neumann held Notre Dame to just four points in the first 10 minutes of the game. The Knights never looked back.

Three Knights hit double-digits but all 12 players in the game hit at least one basket. Leila Weiss and Brittany Wood paced Neumann with 11 points apiece and Amanda Censullo added 10. The Knights hit 11 three-pointers all together.

Rebounds were also spread out throughout the team, led by Cecily Scavicchio with eight.

Neumann (3-4, 2-1 CSAC) will host Philadelphia Biblical University on Wednesday evening in CSAC action beginning at 6:00 PM.
