ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University baseball team fell to Rowan University 10-3 on Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action.

Bobby McCormick went 3-for-4 and knocked in two runs. Mike Dicken started the game and went 4.2 innings in the loss.

Rowan jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first inning. Neumann knotted the game at two when McCormick hit a two-run triple in the fourth inning.

The Profs retook the lead in the top of the fifth. Rowan then added five more in the seventh and another in the eighth and won 10-3.

Neumann is now 18-6 overall. The Knights will start a weekend series with Centenary College this weekend. Game time on Friday is 3 p.m. in north Jersey and 12 p.m. for a doubleheader on Saturday at Neumann.
