DOVER, Del. – The Neumann University men's basketball team fell at Wesley College 68-60 on Tuesday evening in non-conference action.

James Robertson led three Knights in double-figures with 14 points. Rich Whitten netted 13 and Rafiq Williams added 10. TaVaune Griffin notched seven blocks.

Wesley had control of the game from the beginning and never relinquished the lead. The Wolverines largest lead was 15 points, twice as the first half winding down. Wesley led 33-24 at the break.

The Knights would not give up in the battle and would get to within five points, 49-44, with 9:32 left in regulation. Neumann continued to chip away and was with a basket, 56-54, with 4:13 on the clock. The Wolverines netted the next four points to jump back up by six.

Neumann could not get over the last hump to make the comeback attempt complete and fell 68-60.

Neumann (1-2) will host the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic on Saturday. Penn State-Lehigh Valley and Delaware Valley College gets the action underway at 12:00 PM. Cabrini and Widener take the court at 2:15. Neumann hosts Ursinus in the finale at 4:30.
