POMONA, N.J. – The Neumann University men's basketball fell at Richard Stockton College, 69-58, on Tuesday evening in non-conference action.

Four players hit double-digits for the Knights, led by the Reggie Coleman with 12. TaVaune Griffin, Mel Weldon and James Robertson each netted 11. Griffin and Rich Whitten each pulled down 10 rebounds.

The Knights held the biggest lead of the first half, 23-14, midway through the 20 minutes. Neumann had a six point advantage, 37-31, at the half.

The second half started as a battle, with the biggest lead being six, held twice by the Knights. With 6:23 left on the clock, the two teams were knotted at 53. The Ospreys then went on a 10-0 run to take a 63-53 lead with just 2:31 left on the clock. Two free throws by Robertson broke the scoreless streak for the Knights.

Stockton would keep Neumann at arm's length and allow just five points in the final six minutes to come away with the 69-58 win.

Neumann (3-6) will host Rowan on Thursday evening as part of a doubleheader with the women. Tip-off for the men is slated around 8:00 PM.
