ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's tennis team defeated Rosemont College 8-1 in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action on Tuesday afternoon.

Neumann opened by taking all three matches in doubles action. Bre Klar and Sarah Schroeder won at first doubles, 8-2. Teresa Kozin and Jess Demarest took second doubles, 8-6. Talene Brinker and Cherie Allen won 8-5 at third doubles.

Klar won her first singles match 6-1, 6-3. Schroeder took second singles, 6-4, 6-1. Brinker did not drop a set at sixth singles, 6-0, 6-0. Demarest won third singles in a superset, 8-2, as did Kozin at fourth singles, 8-3.

Neumann (8-9, 5-4 CSAC) wraps up the regular season on Saturday when it hosts Cairn University in conference action beginning a 1:00 PM.
