ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's tennis team fell to Cabrini College 8-1 on Tuesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

The second doubles duo of Teresa Kozin and Jess Demarest battled hard and came away with the Knights lone point, winning 9-8 (10-8). Third doubles battled hard as well, but Cherie Allen and Talene Brinker was on the other side of the 9-8 (10-8) score.

Demarest went three sets in her match at third singles, falling 3-6, 6-1, 6-1. It took a tie breaker at fifth singles before Allen fell 9-8 (7-2).

Neumann (3-3, 1-1 CSAC) gets right back on the court tomorrow afternoon when it travel to Bryn Mawr for a 4:00 PM start.
