BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Neumann University women's ice hockey team played to a 1-1 tie at Buffalo State College on Sunday afternoon in ECAC West action.

Meghan Power got the Knights on the board midway through the second period with a shorthanded goal. Megan Russelo tallied the assist.

The Bengals tied the game midway through the third period on the power play.

In overtime, Neumann got a late power play and pulled the goalie in an attempt to net the game-winner, but it could not convert.

The Knights outshot Buffalo State 26-14. Justina Mayr made 13 saves in net.

Neumann (6-15-2, 2-10-2 ECAC West) wraps up the regular season next weekend with a pair of game at Elmira.
