The Neumann University Knights' Men's Rugby team is looking forward to the season opener on Saturday, September 12. Although their original opponent has cancelled due to their own internal issues, a match will be played. The team is now scheduled to travel to Conshohocken, PA for an exhibition versus the B-side from Temple University. 

Although the opponent has changed, you can bet that they are ready to  hit the ground running. A few freshmen recruits look promising. Brendan Kern, Pierre Thibert, Mike Steenberge, and Jack Horan all have high school experience in the game and the team looks forward to seeing what skills they can bring to the table come game time.
