ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University blanked SUNY-Cortland on Monday afternoon in Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) West action.
Bek Lucas led the offense with two goals and an assist.
Justina Mayr made 40 saves in net for the shutout. The Knights killed off three 5-on-3 power plays for the Red Dragons.
Jaclyn King opened the scoring just 17 seconds into the game off an assist from Lucas. Lucas scored her first goal of the game two minutes later for an early 2-0 advantage. Midway through the first period, Lucas scored her second goal of the game.

Jackie Schneider tallied the assists.
Casey Kilduff made the game 4-0 three minutes into the second period with a shorthanded goal. Kilduff stripped the puck away from the Red Dragon and went down the ice to put the puck in the net.
Grace Klienbach completed the scoring at the 8:33 mark of the second period as the Knights came away with the 5-0 win.
Jessica Langdon handed out the assist.
Neumann (4-12-1, 2-9-1 ECAC West) will head to Utica this weekend to continue conference action for a pair of games.
