ROSEMONT, Pa. – The Neumann University women's volleyball team defeated Rosemont College in straight sets, 3-0, on Thursday evening in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC). Set scores were 25-18, 25-7, 25-13.
Rachael Hoffman led the Knights with nine kills and a .615 hitting percentage.
Molly Murtha added eight kills. Five Knights had at least five kills in the match.
Rachel Cray handed out 24 assists and tallied six service aces while the team notched 17.
Nikki Collevechio had 10 digs to anchor the defense.

Hayley Glah sealed the first set win for Neumann. In set two, the Knights took an early 10 lead. A service ace by Glah capped the set and a 2-0 Knights lead and set up the sweep with the third set win
Neumann (8-11, 3-1 CSAC) will host the Knights Fall Classic this Friday and Saturday. The Knights will face King's (Pa.) and Washington (Md.) on Friday and St. Mary's (Minn.) and Scranton on Saturday.
