Women's Volleyball Falls to Eastern

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Neumann University women's volleyball team fell to Eastern University 3-0 on Friday evening in the first match of the Garnet Quad at Swarthmore College. Set scores were 25-12, 25-23 and 25-20.
 
Rachael Hoffman led the Knights with eight kills. Carlee Herrin handed out 21 assist. Melanie Malseed tallied 15 digs and Bianca Harbold added 10.
 
Neumann (10-16) gets right back on the court tomorrow as it will continue action at the Garnet Quad. The Knights will face host Swarthmore at 10:00 AM followed by Catholic at 2:00 PM.
