RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann University women's volleyball team fell at Cabrini University 3-0 on Tuesday evening in an Atlantic East Conference contest. Set scores were 25-22, 25-18, 25-21.
 
Melanie Malseed led the Knights with 11 kills in the match. Alex Koppany handed out 14 assists. Rachel Cray dished out 11. Hayley Glah tallied 15 digs.
 
The Cavaliers took an 11-5 lead early in the first set. The Knights battled back to within two, 12-10. The teams remained within a few points of one another, but with Cabrini up by one, 22-21, the Cavaliers scored three of the last four points for the 25-22 win.
 
The Knights scored the first three points of the second set, but the Cavaliers battled back and tied the game at six. Cabrini then went slowly built its lead for the second set win.
 
Neumann (10-12, 2-1 Atlantic East) will head to Widener at 11:00 AM on Saturday. The Knights will then come home for a 3:00 PM start with Wesley in an Atlantic East match-up.
