NEWARK, N.J. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team opened Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) at Rutgers University – Newark on Thursday evening, falling 3-0. Set scores were 25-5, 25-9, 25-5.
 
Roddy Rountree led the Knights with seven kills and six digs in the match. Tomas Ybarra handed out seven assists. Andrew Kelly added five digs.
 
Neumann (0-8, 0-1 CVC) will have its first home match next Wednesday when it hosts Cairn in conference action. The match is slated to get underway at 7:00 PM in the Mirenda Center.
