ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team fell to Ramapo College in three sets on Friday evening in Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) action. Set scores were 25-8, 25-19 and 25-19.
Roddy Rountree tallied 11 kills for the Knights.
Tomas Ybarra handed out 12 assists.
Andrew Kelly notched six assists.
In the second set, the Knights and Roadrunners went point-for-point and were knotted at 16. Ramapo then rattled off five points to take a 21-16 advantage. The third set was much like the first, but Neumann could not come up with the last bit of points to take a set.
Neumann (0-19, 0-10) will host Rutgers-Newark on Tuesday in the final home game of the regular season. The Knights will honor its two seniors from their inaugural season before the game.
