SAINT MARY'S, Md. – The Neumann University field hockey team was defeated by St. Mary's College of Maryland, 5-0, on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Knights knew the game would be tough as the Seahawks came into the contest undefeated. St. Mary's scored in each quarter en route to the 5-0 win.
 
Lizzie Yu started in net and made seven saves in just over 30 minutes of action. 
Meg Frame made three saves in net.
 
Neumann (3-8) will start conference action this week and will host Marywood in the first contest on Wednesday beginning at 4:00 PM.
