Knights Falls to Pride

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team fell to Widener University 3-0 on Tuesday afternoon in non-conference action.
 
The Pride opened the first on the 18th minute. Widener added a goal in the 24th minute to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
 
Widener added an insurance goal in the 34th minute for the 3-0 win.
 
Lizzie Yu made 18 saves in net for the Knights.
 
Neumann (2-4) will hit the road and head to William Paterson on Friday evening. Action is slated to get underway at 6:00 PM.
