Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CLERMONT, Fla. – The Neumann University softball team dropped a pair of contests on Monday in Florida.
 
In the first game of the day, Neumann fell to Moravain 11-1 in six innings. The Knights scored first as Grace Sperrazza was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to score Jackie Selby. Moravian then plated 11 unanswered runs.
 
Jennifer Sieminski started the game and went the first 3.2 innings. She allowed eight runs, five earned, on eight hits. Nicole Wisser pitched 1.1 innings and Janiece Robles made her Knights debut and went an inning.
 
In the night cap, the Knights fell to Roanoke 6-0. Wisser started the game and went 4.0 innings. She allowed four runs on eight hits. Sieminski finished out the game in circle.
 
The Maroons scored a pair of runs in the third, fourth and sixth innings.
 
Neumann (2-2) will resume play on Wednesday when it will face Illinois College (10:00 AM) and New England College (2:30 PM).
