MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University men's basketball team picked up its fourth win in a row, defeating Penn State Harrisburg 75-66 on Monday evening. 
Ryan Starr had a double-double for the Knights with 16 points and 10 rebounds. The senior was an assist away from a triple-double, finishing with nine helpers.
 
Three of the Knights also netted double digits with 
Jalen Vaughns scoring 21, while adding 10 rebounds. 
Justin Smith tallied 15 points and 
TJ Lewis netted 13.
 
The game went back and forth for the first half, with the largest lead being held by Neumann at six, 14-8. The Lions scored the next six points for a 14-all score with 11:47 on the clock. This set the stage for 11 lead changes and six tied scores over the rest of the half. Penn State Harrisburg netted the final basket of the half for a 37-35 edge at the break.
 
Penn State Harrisburg slowly built a 60-52 lead over the first 10 minutes of the second half. Neumann scored the next three baskets, three pointers by Lewis and Starr along with a layup by Starr, to tie the game at 60. Layups by Lewis and Vaughns completed a 12-0 run for the Knights. Neumann held a 64-60 lead with five minutes left in regulation.
 
The Knights continued to keep the pressure on and built a seven-point lead, 71-64, with a minute left on the clock. Two free-throws by Starr and a dunk by Smith sealed the 75-66 win for Neumann.
 
Neumann (5-2) will head to Lancaster Bible College for a non-conference contest on Wednesday. Tip-off is slated for 7:00 PM.
