PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team defeated the University of Valley Forge 3-0 on Thursday evening. Set scores were 25-3, 25-17 and 25-12.
 
Josiah Melendez, Christian Johnson and Eric Van Horn each had six kills in the match. Jules Maiorano handed out 13 assists. Brandon Baskerville notched eight digs.
 
After trading points to start the match, Baskerville served the Knights to a 14-1 lead. Neumann did let the pressure up in the set and a kill by Maiorano sealed the 25-3 set one win.
 
Neumann (5-6) heads to Sarah Lawrence on Tuesday evening. Action is slated to get underway at 7:00 PM.
