MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Neumann University baseball team fell to Fredonia State 13-6 on Friday afternoon.
 
Ryan Lopez and Zach Ray notched two hits and three RBI in the game. Nick Glebocki started the game on the mound and went 5.0 innings. He allowed nine runs on 11 hits. Brennan Hatala went 2.0 innings in relief and allowed four runs on three hits. Brian Van Etten pitched a scoreless eighth inning.
 
Fredonia plated seven runs in the bottom of the seventh for the early lead.
 
The Knights got on the board in the fourth inning on a three-run homerun by Ray. Lopez knocked in two runs in the seventh with a single and then another run in the ninth on a sacrifice fly.
 
Neumann (2-3) will wrap up its trip to Myrtle Beach tomorrow when it faces Hanover. First pitch is slated for 9:00 AM.
