EWING, N.J. – The Neumann University men's and women's track and field teams returned to the track a day after running at Penn Relays to compete at the Lions Outdoor Invitational, hosted by The College of New Jersey.

Michaela Fletcher paced the Knights in both the 100 meter and 200 meter dashes, placing 28^th and 31^st respectively. Sophia Parrish placed 18^th in the javelin, while Breyonna Conner took home a 33^rd place finish in the shot put.

Javion Saunders led the men with an eighth place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase. Jaron McNeil placed 46^th in the 400 meter dash, while Kevin Deal earned a 23^rd place performance in the shot put.

Neumann closes its season out next weekend at the Atlantic East Conference Championship meet on Saurday, May 7^th and Sunday, May 8^th in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
