ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team dropped a 4-0 decision to King's College (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon.
Meg Frame made 14 saves in the cage.
Emma Schneider made one save in eight minutes in net in relief.
Rachel Koerner had the two shots for the Knights.
The Lady Monarchs scored two goals in a two-minute span in the first quarter. The second goal came off a rebound.
The Knights had some changes in the offensive zone but could not get the ball into the cage. King's scored two more goals in the fourth quarter for the 4-0 final.
Neumann (1-1) will hit the road for the first time this season on Wednesday when it travels Bryn Athyn. Action is slated to get underway at 7:00 PM.
