Women’s Tennis Falls to Eagles

Box Score St. DAVID'S, Pa. – The Neumann University Women's Tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision at the hands of non-conference opponent, Eastern University on Saturday afternoon.
 
Neumann took one of the three doubles matchups as the first team of Alura Troilo and Kayleigh DellaVecchio won by a 6-4 final score. Troilo was also successful in her first singles match as she took it in three sets, 6-1, 6-7, 7-4. Sha'xaria Gordon won the second singles match in dominant fashion by winning both sets by a 6-1 score.
 
Neumann (0-4) will take a break until the spring when they host Lancaster Bible College on Thursday, March 13.
