Outdoor Track Teams Compete at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Members of the Neumann University Outdoor Track & Field teams took a visit to historic Franklin Field to test their mettle against top talent in the 2024 Penn Relays on Friday, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania.
 
In Neumann's first race of the day, Aniyah Holmes, Kozette Quinn, Djeneba Konake, and Sahdahya Addy competed in the women's 4x100 meter race finishing in 52.50 seconds. The men also had a 4x100 as Wyatt Boyer, Nahshon Harrison-Fobbs, Trey Edmonds, and Hakeem Hall finished in 44.38 seconds.
 
Heading into the evening hours, Holmes, Quinn, Addy, and Katie Baier took off in the women's 4x400 race, completing it with a time of 4:36.10. Closing out Neumann's participation at this venerable venue was Boyer, Harrison-Fobbs, Edmonds, and Hall's time of 3:34.72 in the men's 4x400.
 
Neumann will continue their outdoor schedule on Saturday as they look to close out the regular season with strong efforts at the TCNJ Invitational in Ewing, N.J., starting at 11:00 AM.
