ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Men's Hockey team defeated Wilkes University on Saturday afternoon in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) match-up by a final score of 4-2.

Neumann got off to a good defensive start as they traded scoring chances throughout the first period. Late in the period, the Knights went on the power play and were able to take full advantage. Max Donohoe ripped a one-timer home for his fifth goal of the season. Cameron Hatziioannou and Lucas Culhane earned helpers as they took a 1-0 lead into the first intermission.

Just under two minutes into the second, Donohoe pushed a pass to Zack Smith who made a slick move into the offensive zone and stuffed in his eighth goal of the season to double the Knights advantage. With just over 10 minutes left in the period, Wilkes got on the board with a power play goal. They then tied the game on an even strength goal at the 17:15 mark.
