Krimmel remarked, "Gina truly does it all from compliance to academics to serving as our Senior Woman Administrator to on top of all of that serving as our Head Women's Ice Hockey Coach. Gina is one of the most humble, passionate, and dedicated people I have been around. Her adaptability and outside the box thinking have made and will continue to make Neumann Athletics better. Gina is a great leader and resource for ALL of our student-athletes, but especially with our female student-athletes. Her jump from Assistant AD to Senior Associate AD speaks volumes to the work she has done to make Neumann Athletics the best it can be now and in the future."
Lawson, a Neumann grad, is in his third year as a member of the Neumann Athletic staff. "Matt is one of the most committed people I have ever worked with in college athletics. In his time at Neumann, Matt has done so much for club and rec sports, but also for the entire department. Matt is the first to step up and volunteer and truly embodies the Franciscan spirit and is the epitome of a servant leader. During my first few months here, Matt has been a tremendous asset in helping to enhance the game-day experience and atmosphere. Matt's service to the institution and others and his selfless attitude is something I am truly in awe of. Neumann University is a better place because of Matt Lawson and the future is extremely bright for Matt.", said Krimmel.
