PITTSTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's ice hockey blanked King's College (Pa.) 3-0 on Saturday afternoon in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) action.
 
The Knights scored a goal in each period for the 3-0 final. Chloe Ballew tallied an unassisted goal with 2:38 left in the first for the 1-0 lead.
 
Gia Santorello found the back of the net with five minutes left in the second period. Lucie Velinská drew the assist as the Knights went up 2-0. Kaila Booth put Neumann up 3-0 20 seconds into the third period. Sammie Haun had the assist.
 
Noelle Woodard made 19 saves in net for the shutout. Kenna Sanders and Booth led the Knights with 10 shots each. Neumann put 14 shots on net during the power play.
 
Neumann (2-6, 2-4 MAC) will take a break over Thanksgiving and will host Alvernia on December 5 and 6 in MAC action.
